"Dawa" means medicine in Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Swahili and other languages. Dawakara is a medicine reminder built around a simple idea: taking your medicine shouldn't come with ads, a surprise lock-out, or your private health information going somewhere you didn't expect.

We build Dawakara for people managing their own medicines and for the many families who look after a parent's medicines from across town or across the world. That's why it works offline, keeps your data on your phone, speaks your language, and pays close attention to the phones people actually use.
